My Background
Hi my name is Pat, I started up my own business back in Dublin back in 2014, then moved my business to Killarney in 2015 because I fell in love with the place and the people here. I’m a passionate about healing people and cater to people that need my help with an alternative massage technique and approach. I am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the right approach that works best for them and to their taste. Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of my treatments.

TREATMENTS
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
This method of massage is the understanding the feet reflex points that corresponds to the internal organs and limbs to balance all the function of the body. By stimulating these points, the entire can be re - balanced. 1 hour duration.
TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
1 hour traditional Thai Massage . The Benefits of this type of therapy are varied. It can help with muscle and joint tension, relieve deep stiffness and maintain flexibility. Overall results bringing balance to the skeletal structure, stimulating internal organs, improving blood circulation and boosting the energy levels.
ASIAN HOT OIL MASSAGE
1 hour full body is ideal for anyone who wants to increase their energy flow throughout the mind, body and soul. you will find an Asian hot oil massage a refreshing experience.
BACK MASSAGE
This treatment helps by releasing pressure and tension in the muscles of the back, shoulders and neck. it is ideal for your first experience with Thai massage. 30 mins duration
INDIAN HEAD & BACK MASSAGE
This treatment focuses on the upper back, upper arms, neck,scalp and face featuring techniques of Indian massage. 35 mins duration
HOT STONE, BACK & SHOULDERS
This treatment helps release pressure and tension in the muscles of the back, shoulders and neck and relieves your stress levels. ideal for your first times experience.
SPORTS INJURY
Thai therapists are experts in dealing with back, neck, shoulders and hip problems related to sports and long strain of activities. A course of treatment is normally required. The type and duration of treatment will be advised on ur first session. Contact me to find out more.
